v2.5 - Patch 12.1.5 Compatibility Fix

"Patch 12.1.5 arrived and decided to do some spring cleaning on Blizzard's backend, deleting several older item functions and breaking our gear scanner in the process. We jumped right on it and completely modernized the engine so you can get back to inspecting upgrades without a hitch!"

Under-the-Hood Fixes:

  • Patch 12.1.5 Compatibility: Updated the TOC interface version to 120105 for seamless loading on the new patch.
  • Modern C_Item API Migration: Fixed the line 287 crash by migrating all item and item level queries over to Blizzard's modern C_Item namespace (C_Item.GetDetailedItemLevelInfo, C_Item.GetItemInfo, and C_Item.GetItemInfoInstant).
  • Long-Term Stability: Added protective aliases so the scanner handles future minor patch cleanups smoothly.
