this addon is for those ppl who a) prefer a functional solo experience, or b) introverts who experience self-loath after sending their words out. disabling chat entirely can lead to unwanted side effect, that's why this addon is for.
there is no settings nor does it stores anything. what it does is prevents you from sending chats: it closes the edit box when you press enter, and still prevents you from sending whispers, guild chat etc the other way.
noting that it does not prevent you from sending emotes, this is due to technological limitation.
to disable the effect, simply disable the addon and reload the game.
