* recoded to use secure frames to hopefully avoid the taint issues with raid markers
- Had to remove the option "Collapse when clicked on the CompactRaidManager background". This options behavior is now enabled by default and can't be disabled anymore because of impementation limitations due to secure frame usage
- Delayed auto collapse/expand now only works out of combat due to secure frame limitations while in combat. You have to click the RaidManager or set the delay to 0.
