Saving default max letters/bytes (GetMaxLetters/GetMaxBytes) on login instead of assuming they're 255 & 256.

When the editbox's chatType changes to BN_WHISPER/BN_CONVERSATION. We set the max letters/bytes to the default (254). Then return them to unlimited when it's changed to non-BN chat types. I don't use realID so I can't confirm this works.
