Unhinged 0.16.9

PvP kill counts. The addon now counts your open-world PvP kills: honorable kills (the game's own announcement) and killing blows. Battlegrounds and instances don't count. Each kill also notes whether you were answering a guildie's call for backup or fighting in a guild army, so team players get the credit.

• /uh kills (or the "Display PvP kills" keybind) shows the guild leaderboard and your recent kills. Guildies share their totals automatically.
• Every kill goes to the raid portal's new PvP page, which keeps your full history. The Unhinged Sync tray app uploads them after you play (any member can create a kills token on the portal). Or use /uh kills export and paste the string on the portal.
• The addon keeps your last 200 kills to browse, and up to 1,000 the portal hasn't received yet (for 60 days), so your saved data stays small even if you never sync.
