Rare Tracker Improvements

Combined V.V. Goosworth and Slimesby into a single rare encounter entry.

Removed the separate Slimesby entry without an individual completion status.

The combined encounter now uses a shared completion status and counts only once toward overall rare progress.

Preserved character-specific rare tracking and daily and weekly completion checks.

Updated Default Settings

Increased the default alert distance from 45 to 100 meters.

Rare tracking is now enabled by default.

Rare Elite tracking is now enabled by default.

Boss tracking is now enabled by default.

Rare markers on the minimap are now disabled by default.

Existing user preferences are preserved when updating the addon.

Compatibility & Stability

Preserved the compact Rare Tracker interface and collapsible mini view.

Maintained multilingual support for German, English, and Italian.

Preserved zone map movement, scaling, and screen boundary protection.

No changes to existing dumpster detection or notification functionality.
