UFO - Universal FlyOut

    bugfix #77 - Bliz hotfix broke ActionButton_ApplyCooldowns with ever expanding reach of Secret values
    bugfix #59 - UFO hardcodes SHIFT as the override of locked action bars without respect to wether they are locked or not

Due to #77, UFO can't update the spell cooldowns during combat.  It will do so once combat ends.  Apologies if you're using UFOs with combat spells.  Maybe Bliz will revert their change.  I don't think I have any workarounds.
