  •  Locale-Proof Release

- UA detection now fully spellID-based for ALL combat events (APPLIED, REMOVED, REFRESH, DISPEL, DAMAGE)
- Works correctly on any WoW language client (FR/EN/etc.)
- Kept name fallback as backup for safety

- Skull icon corrected to UI-RaidTargetingIcon_8 
- Skull size: 16px (compact and readable)
- Shows "DEAD" in red when lethal
- Added percent HP remaining below damage estimate (e.g., "78% remaining")
- Guardian Spirit respected: safe visuals during GS even if lethal damage
- Improved `/ua scale` usability
- Full danger visuals restored in `/ua test` mode (pulse red + red border)
- Correct UA icon texture restored
- Full logic reactivated: learning, absorbs, DR, multi-UA
- Added red pulsing glow animation when lethal
- No glow when safe (blue border only)
