    Drop zero-width overlay emotes

    Feature dropped. Animator.lua is back to its pre-feature state and the
    TwitchEmotes_Moosebrother_ZeroWidth table is gone. kermitGape00 stays as a
    regular static emote.

    Add zero-width overlay emotes, kermitGape00; remove lactose

    Emotes flagged in TwitchEmotes_Moosebrother_ZeroWidth are redrawn centered
    on the preceding emote as a post-step after the normal animation rewrite,
    so it works for static and animated emotes alike.

    Adds kermitGape00 (static 3:1 overlay) and drops all lactose refs from the
    emote tables; emotes/lactose.tga is kept on disk.
