Add Twitch emoticons to your chat!
Simply type out the emote you want in chat and it'll appear in game Kreygasm
Credit to Twemo (RIP) for without that, this would not be here today,
If you click the chat, it'll come up with a menu of most of the available emotes.
In the addon settings (esc > interface > addon tab > TwitchEmotes) you can choose which appear in this list, select none to disable the list. You may also disable the minimap or chat buttons for this addon from this menu.
The full list of twitch emoticons is available within the addon file in a text file named "allemotes.txt"
Step 1. Delete Twemo if you have it previously installed.
Step 2. Download TwitchEmotes
Step 3. Enjoy having more emotes than before.

Do you guys think it would be possible to update the Ducksauce emotes? They've been almost entirely revamped for months now. It's missing most of his current emotes and most of the emotes there aren't used anymore.

Posted Jul 28, 2016Save the emote as a 32x32 .tga in the TwitchEmotes folder
Open up TwitchEmotes.lua and find the list of:
["Example"]="Interface\\AddOns\\TwitchEmotes\\Example.tga:28:28",
Put the name of your picture in there on a new line following the example
Then scroll to the list below that of
["Example"]="Example",
and do the same
I add them to allemotes.txt too, only to keep track of them in a list.
The ones you add will be cleared if you update the addon though.

Posted May 26, 2016I downloaded this and used it,no one can see the emote except me,all others see are the word description. Am i missing something where others see it also? Because if it is only me, that's not as fun.

Posted Jul 24, 2016If they have the addon they'll see the emote too. Obviously this addon doesn't inject emotes into their client. If other people use emotes in chat, you'll see the emotes.
