Add ownership detection and /tdwcheck command

Implement automatic reward ownership detection and integrate it into login flow. Adds TwitchDropsWatcher.CheckOwnership and AutoDetectOwnership to detect pets, toys, transmogs and housing decor (with cache retry and item data preloading), update collectedDrops, and refresh the UI when detections occur. Switch PLAYER_LOGIN handler to OnPlayerLogin to run detection before checking campaigns. Add slash command /tdwcheck to manually re-run ownership detection. Update Data.lua campaign entries with rewardType fields and refresh README to document features, commands and the ownership detection behavior.
