Add tabs, UTC date parsing and campaign status

Normalize campaign data to UTC and update sample entries; ParseDate now parses UTC "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM" strings and compensates for local/UTC offset. UpdateCampaignStatus now sets isActive, isUpcoming and isExpired. UI: add a tab bar (Active / Completed / Expired), refresh tab visuals, adjust scroll area, improve timer label logic for upcoming/expired campaigns, show "Coming soon" state, change card coloring for expired/collected/available states, skip the "I have this drop" control for upcoming items, and refresh the UI when marking collected. Also fix tooltip text and minor layout/print text tweaks.
