Tweaks Forever

Options for quest automation, repairs, junk selling, gear groups, maps and fishing in the game settings.
What's new
- The Forever addons link box selects its address without a Lua error. Focusing the read-only box handed the client's own
isUserInputflag toHighlightTextas its start argument, so it raised bad argument #2 to '?' (outside of expected range -2147483648 to 2147483647) and left the address unselected. It now selects the whole address the way the game asks, from the shared link box the Forever addons all carry (#269).
