Turn-In Queue 1.0.0

• New name: Pending Quest XP is now Turn-In Queue, after the panel's own heading. /tiq is the command; /pqx still works. Settings start fresh once per character. Remove the old PendingQuestXP folder.
• Compact: the XP line can move onto Blizzard's XP bar, with rested XP, the queue's XP drawn on the bar, and DING (/tiq compact, or the option).
• Fold the panel up to its title bar with the −/+ beside the close button.
• A click points the way to the quest; it opens the quest log only with /tiq map on, since a map opened by an addon could cause blocked-action errors later in combat.
• Nothing of Blizzard's is touched in combat, and the Controller UI's quest log is left alone.
• An icon in the game's addon list.
