Tagging as v3.0.2

Updated the math surrounding getting the correct indexes with GetGossipActiveQuests and SelectGossipActiveQuest functions, as with 5.0.4 the number of return values was increased to 5. This was preventing proper matching in the GOSSIP_SHOW loop.

Removed localization file as it's not being used.
