Add WoW Forever (16001) to supported interface versions
Fully compatible, so declare it in both Interface and
X-Compatible-With.

Guard against secret UnitName("npc") in instance lockdown
UnitName("npc") returns a secret string inside instance lockdown, so
indexing TI_NPCDB[npcname] threw "attempted to index a table that cannot
be indexed with secret keys" in TI_IsNPCOn (line 289) and
TI_HandleQuestProgress (line 386). Detect the secret value with
issecretvalue() and fall back to the default (non-per-NPC) handling.
