Member View — Real-time sync across the raid

• Members with the addon installed will now automatically receive the raid leader's notice
• Notice board auto-pops for members when joining the raid or when the leader updates the notice
• Leader updates sync to all members with a 1-second debounce after typing stops
• Member view is read-only — YY channel and announcement cannot be edited by members
• Members can click into the YY channel field to select and copy the channel number
• Members can also click 发送团队 to help broadcast the notice to raid chat
• When leadership is transferred, the current notice data is automatically passed to the new leader
