Trusted Mail

Review unexpected gold and items before collecting them. Mail from untrusted players is never collected without your approval. Choose which deliveries to accept, which senders to trust, and which to block.

Features

• Trust this mail: Collect just this delivery without trusting future mail from the sender.
• Always trust: Collect this message and trust the sender for future mail.
• Block sender: Leave the mail uncollected and block collection from that sender until you remove the block.
• Trusted People: Add or remove trusted senders with /tm trusted.
• Blocked People: Manage blocked senders with /tm blocked. Removing a block lets you review their mail again without automatically trusting them.
• Collect trusted mail: Use Open All or /tm collect to collect eligible mail while leaving untrusted and blocked mail untouched.
• Auction House mail: Recognised auction mail can be collected without manually trusting the sender. Turn this off in settings if you prefer to review it too.

Supported mailbox

Works with the standard mailbox. If you encounter a problem with another mail or UI addon, please leave a comment with its name and what went wrong so support can be added.

Things to know

Held messages stay in your inbox and expire normally. Trusted Mail does not return or delete them. Blocking a sender does not stop their mail from arriving.

Trusted and blocked lists persist across reloads and are separate for each realm and faction. Friends, guild members and alts are not automatically trusted.
