Truly Random Mount is a mount-summoning addon that intelligently rotates through your mounts without repeats, adapting to where you are and what you can do.
Whether you’re swimming, flying, or stuck on the ground, /trm picks the right kind of mount — and won’t show you the same one again until the pool is exhausted.
To Use, create a macro that uses the command /trm and add this to your hotbar!
Features
- No-repeat random mounts: Each mount is used once per pool before being reused.
- Favorites/All: If you have Favorite mounts, only those are used, If you have no Favorites, it falls back to all collected & currently usable mounts.
- Water Mounts: When you’re in water, only aquatic/swimming mounts are used, these are never summoned on land
- Flying Mounts: In flyable areas, only flying mounts are used, In non-flyable areas, it uses ground + flying mounts (no swim mounts).
- Independent Mount pools: Swimming, flying, and ground mounts each have their own pool, Pools automatically refill when emptied
- Per-character saved state: Your pools persist through logout/login.
Commands
- /TRM: Summon a random mount based on your current situation.
- /TRM Status: Pool source (Favorites or All Usable)/Whether the game thinks you’re swimming or can fly/Remaining mounts in each pool
- /TRM Reset: Rebuilds all pools from your current Mount Journal.
