Added
- Enemy Cooldown Tracker (opt-in, off by default). When a hostile player
burns a big cooldown near you - PvP trinket, Avenging Wrath, Recklessness,
Death Wish, Adrenaline Rush, Vanish, Divine Shield, Ice Block and more -
True Spy remembers it and shows the remaining downtime on their hover card
and dossier: "Trinket down 1:42", "Divine Shield down 4:10". Knowing the
trinket or the bubble is down IS the engage signal, and now it is written
on the target. KOS targets burning their trinket get a chat call-out with
the size of your window. Turn it on in Options or with
/tspy enemycds. Session-only by design - hour-old intel is stale intel. Classic clients (Era + TBC Anniversary) for now: the tracked cooldown numbers are classic values, and wrong downtime would be worse than none.
