True Item Level

This addon shows the currently equipped item level of anyone within inspect range on the tooltip.
This image shows the tooltip data that is displayed. Tooltip design and styling is provided by a different addon (TipTac).
This is the TIL interface with group scanning and chat publishing.
The item levels are shown color coded over the items equipped on your character panel as part of the "at a glance" update 25MAY2012 release.
Stats page showing the player's true item level up to 2 decimal places.
