True Form Drachtyr is a very lightweight addon (that is up to date for Dragonflight(duh)) that provides you with the

"/click TrueFormDracthyr_TurnVisage MouseButton 1

and

macro commands. Add --both the lines, 1 and 0 back to back to ensure it works regardless of your Cvar settings-- these to ~~any~~ of your mount, ~~ability~~ toy macros(before the action) and the addon will provide you with logical(only transform one way) visage and dragon transformations!(only when you're out of combat) If you are already in visage form, it won't do anything and you'll stayas visage and vice versa. This addon was originally made only for Worgen players, but on CurseForge user Atistoctat's wish, I am adding a separate Dracthyr version. -Thank you Atistoctat for coming into contact with me

All you need to do after installing the addon is to enter combat(or cast fire breath, soar etc) once and TrueFormDracthyr will track everytime your form changes and decide whether or not to transform you.

NOTE: The addon works strictly outside of combat, once you enter combat neither of the macros will perform any transformations. They will continue where you left off once you exit combat. This is due to a limitation of the WoW API, a very deliberate one Blizzard uses to prevent botting addons.

BIGGER NOTE: Due to Changing Form on Evokers triggering the Global Cooldown, if you add this macro before your ability it will stop the ability from actually being cast, unlike how it worked with worgen. So, no abilities that use the GCD, you can still use mounts toys etc. I'll keep the add-on up in case folk find some niche uses for it, but it is a very disappointing outcome :(

Commands:

/tfdtog --> Toggles an icon showing which form the addon believes you are in

/tfdpr --> text based version of tftog, puts 0 in chat when human, 1 when worgen

/tfdres --> Reset the character based saved variable CurrentForm to visage form
