Updated version of True Stat Values (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/true-stat-values) with support for TWW
The secondary (critical strike, haste, mastery, versatility) and tertiary (speed, leech, avoidance) combat ratings have diminishing returns to prevent characters from stacking too much of a particular combat rating. The amount of rating that is lost will also increase the more of a particular type that the character has (according to certain thresholds)
This addon will calculate how much combat rating is lost for each combat rating and add a progress bar to the rating's tooltip to show how far in each threshold the character is
