Changes size of the Battlefield map

Change the size of the BattlefieldMap.

Changes can be done using slash command "/tbme x.x", where x is a number. 
Using "/tbme 2.0" doubles the size of the BattlefieldMap.

Changes can also be done by using the slider attached to the BattlefieldMap.
