Reworked the settings menu for a cleaner and more organized layout.

Added separate tabs for Display, Audio, and Tools.

Improved spacing, alignment, and positioning of UI elements.

Adjusted section headers to prevent overlapping with navigation buttons.

Fixed overlapping text and UI elements in the settings menu.

Fixed Lua syntax errors introduced during the UI redesign.

Fixed compatibility issues with the deprecated GetItemSpell() API.

Fixed an issue that prevented trinket ready sounds from triggering correctly.

Improved cooldown detection for trinket slots 13 and 14.
