Trick or Treat

Change log for 2.5:

-- ToT can now keep track of your tricks cooldown and warn you (3 different ways) up to 10 seconds before Tricks is ready for use. This check only actually runs if you're on a rogue, though the options can be set on any character. (They just do nothing.)
-- Cleaned up options.lua
-- Now uses LibSharedMedia for the cooldown warning sound and adds some sounds to the list.

2.5.1 is no longer considered out of date in patch 4.3. No other changes.

Not sure what happens if you set the warning sound to one another addon makes available and then disable that addon. >_>
