Trick or Treat

New for this project. Original concept (and most coding) by falconindy.

- Updated for 4.0.

- Now checks to see whether the Tricks glyph is being used and adjusts damage calculations accordingly.
- You can now announce your Tricks to a chat channel. My guild has occasionally found it useful to have multiple rogues tricks the same DPSer (like on Blood Queen). You can have the rogues join a private chat channel and announce it here so the damage buffs don't overlap.

Damage calculation still seems a little weird. If anyone can send some combat logs and the amount of damage the addon reports for each tricks use, that'd help.
