⚔️ Transmog Duel (TD)

Bring the Trial of Style anywhere in Azeroth!

Are you tired of waiting for the official Trial of Style event? Do you want to host a fashion competition with your guild in the middle of Ironforge, on top of a mountain, or inside your Garrison?

Transmog Duel is a fully automated event manager that allows you to host your own transmog tournaments with friends or guildmates. The addon handles matchmaking, timers, voting, and scorekeeping so you can focus on looking good!

Features

• Automated Matchmaking: The addon automatically generates duel pairs. It even features a "Smart Queue" system to prevent players from fighting the same opponent twice in a row.
• Visual Timers: A sleek status bar shows exactly how much time is left for preparation and for each duel.
• Persistent Theme: The chosen theme stays displayed at the top of the screen throughout the event so no one forgets the rules.

Interactive UI:

• Duelists: Get a special bar with buttons to Kiss, Dance, or Cheer (with custom icons!).
• Spectators: Get a voting interface to choose the winner.
• Fair Voting: Votes are blind! You don't know who is winning until the final results are announced.
• Raid Markers: Automatically marks duelists with Raid Icons (Star, Circle, etc.) for easy identification.
• Multi-Language: Fully localized in
• Disclaimer: Unfortunately, Transmog Duel does not pay for your transmogrification bills! (Goblin prices still apply).

How to Use

IMPORTANT: All participants must have the addon installed for the synchronization to work.

1. For the Host (Raid Leader)

Type /TD to open the configuration window.

1. Enter a Theme (e.g., "Pirate", "Winter Veil", "Purple").

2. Set the Preparation Time (time to craft the mog).

3. Set the Duel Time (duration of the voting phase).

4. Click START!

2. The Event

• Preparation Phase: Everyone gets a timer. Go change your outfit!
• Duel Phase: Two players are called to the stage (marked with icons)
• If you are dueling: A bar appears with emote buttons. Show off your moves!

• If you are watching: A voting window appears. You can inspect the character directly by clicking on the magnifying glass. Then, click the name of the player you prefer.

3. The Finale

Once all duels are finished, the addon automatically calculates the scores and announces the Top 3 in the Raid Warning channel with a dramatic countdown!

Slash Commands

• /TD - Opens the configuration window (Leader only).
• /TD STOP - Emergency stop. Cancels the current event and hides all windows for everyone.
• /TD CLEAN - Removes all Raid Markers from players without starting an event.

Localization

The addon works out-of-the-box for:

• 🇺🇸 English (Default)
• 🇫🇷 Français (Native support)
