Release polish for the CurseForge candidate.

## Changes

- `/tms` now silently toggles the main window instead of printing the full command list.
- Added `/tms help`, `/tms commands`, and `/tms ?` for the full command list.
- Unknown slash commands now print only a short hint.
- Settings tab is now scrollable so all options fit inside the addon window.
- Fixed the visible/internal version number to match the TOC: 0.9.48.

## Install

Extract the `TransMogSaver` folder into:

```text
World of Warcraft/_retail_/Interface/AddOns/
```

Then reload the UI with `/reload`.
