Trailnotes Campfire Tales

• Without Trailnotes: the line about Trailnotes at the bottom of the settings window is now clickable. Click it for a small "Get Trailnotes" window with the CurseForge link ready to copy (Ctrl+C). Enter, Escape or the X closes it.
• Without Trailnotes: the minimap button now looks like the Trailnotes one (round background, cropped icon, a press effect and the same highlight). Its tooltip is titled "Trailnotes Campfire Tales" and ends with a grey "Part of the Trailnotes family".

• The mini bar padlock now matches the Trailnotes Hunter Hub padlock on every client: the same lock art and size, a closed or open padlock in full colour, the same hover glow and a tooltip that says what a click does. If a client lacks that art, it falls back to the old lock icon.
