Spanish Chat Translator
Playing on English realms and missing half of what’s said in chat? This addon translates English chat into Spanish automatically and shows the translation right below each original message, so you never lose context.
It understands the way people actually talk in WoW. Slang like LFM, WTS, pst, oom, inc, GDKP, SR or MS>OS gets translated properly. So do the names of every Classic and TBC dungeon and raid, classes, specs, materials and zones. It also tries to sound natural instead of translating word by word: verbs are conjugated, adjectives agree with their nouns, and raid callouts like “stop pulling” become proper Spanish commands.
Need to answer someone? Type /ingles followed by your message in Spanish, and the English version will be waiting in your chat box, ready to send. Type /trad to see all the options, including adding your own translations with /trad add.
Works with WoW Classic Era, TBC Anniversary and WoW Forever.
A quick note: addons can’t connect to the internet, so this doesn’t use Google Translate. It relies on its own built-in dictionary of more than 6,000 entries plus grammar rules. Everyday game chat translates well, while long or unusual sentences may come out a bit rough. It also can’t translate the opposite faction’s language, since the game scrambles that text before it reaches you.

## Limitations
- Addons can't access the internet, so it uses a built-in dictionary (6,000+ entries) and grammar rules instead of Google Translate. Typical game messages translate well; long conversations are approximate.
- It can't translate the opposite faction's language; the game already scrambles it.
