Adjusted notifications so trade closed SFX and trade cancelled SFX don't both fire when a trade is cancelled.

Old Behavior

  • Trade Opened --> Addon plays SFX 5274 (Auction Window Open)
  • Trade Closed --> Addon plays SFX 5275 (Auction Window Close)
  • Trade Cancelled --> Addon plays SFX 5275 and 44310 (Auction Window Close + Garrison Building Cancel)

New Behavior

  • Trade Opened --> Addon plays SFX 5274 (Auction Window Open)
  • Trade Closed --> Addon plays SFX 5275 (Auction Window Close)
  • Trade Cancelled --> Addon plays SFX 44310 (Garrison Building Cancel)
