Town Hall - Guild Calendar and Resource Management

Create a raid, PvP or custom event with RSVP and roster management. See who is coming, who is missing and which roles the raid still needs. Players can also post battlegrounds, arena matches and events of their own, like help with a quest.

Highlights

• One calendar for everything. Raids, battlegrounds, arena matches and custom events, colour-coded, with search and a filter.
• Raids that run smoothly. Pick your role and spec, see the roster by group, and wait on the bench when a raid is full. Officers sign up members who cannot log in and invite everyone who is going with one button.
• Events for anything. Name it, pick a time, and players answer Going or Not going: a quest that needs help, a gathering to share items, a meet-up.
• Reminders that find you. Chat tells you when your group meets and when the raid starts, and your next raid on login. The Notifications tab lists what changed.
• Guild master customized controls. Choose the lowest rank that can run raids, post raids, see advanced raids, and post PvP or custom events.
• Easy to learn. A Help window with search, and a minimap button that shows your next event.

Get started

Guild masters: open Settings, pick the rank requirements for features under Guild ranks, copy the text into Guild Information and save. Once done, all guild members that have the addon can begin using raids. Before the guild master configures the addon, everyone can still answer, and post battlegrounds, arena matches and custom events.

To look around first, type /th demo for sample raids and /th demo clear to remove them.

Good to know

• English only at launch.
• All times are server time at launch.
• Your answer (character, class, role and spec) is visible to your guild. Your settings and notifications stay on your computer.
• An event manager can sign you up without the addon, helping you when you aren't available.
