No major new features nor bugfixes. Just releasing code I did not write (thanks Ace!) broken by people not me (thanks Blizzard!)
- verified on PTR for 12.1.5
- Ace3 lib update necessitated by 12.1.5
- use Ace3 to open the config in a floating panel
- tell CurseForge to NOT barf out a "nolib" set of files
