Addon to detect totem spawns in M+, and easily target them
Use heuristics to try to detect when totems are spawned in M+. Should work on magma totems in Den & Voidscar, and healing stream totems in Kings' Rest.
Uses the same technique as AutoPotion to create a macro that can be used to target and ping the detected totems.
