Fixed

• Flametongue Totem no longer turns red about a second after it is cast while you stand right next to it.
• Flametongue Totem and Windfury Totem enchant your weapon instead of putting a buff on you, so the missing buff was wrongly read as being out of range. Both totems now use the placement-based range estimate, like Searing Totem.

• Inside instances, where the game hides coordinates, these totems show the white "range unknown" outline.
