- Totem selection is combat-safe; menu is locked in combat to prevent blocked actions.
- Added Extra Totems: selectable per element, dynamic buttons above/below the bar, dropdown UI.
- Only highest known rank per totem is shown in menus and extra totem lists.
- Added Totem Twist mode with countdown bar, smooth animation, position setting, and optional sound.
- Added Totem Twist keybinding (Windfury -> Grace of Air) using highest known ranks.
