• ci: grant release workflow contents:write; exclude logo files
  The v1.1 release run failed creating a GitHub release with 403
  because the default GITHUB_TOKEN no longer has write access to
  contents. Grant it explicitly.
  Add .pkgmeta so the BigWigs packager excludes the logo files
  (they're project assets, not addon resources) from the release zip.
