Set notes on player and NPC mousover tooltips. (made for classic, should work on retail too)
What's new
-Fixed a bug where typing a player's name with note associated with it, into the input box for name while both boxes were empty, wouldn't show the player's note in the box below.
-Added buttons for clearing the input boxes, saving the note and closing the interface panel.
-Trying to save a note without a name displays an error message telling you that you can't do that.
