Added a lot of features : 

/tmo x [arg] : Horizontal offset 30 (Default: 30)

/tmo y [arg] : Vertical offset -100 (Default: -100)

/tmo alpha [arg] : Transparency 1.0 (Default: 1.0) [0.1 - 1.0]

/tmo scale [arg] : Size 1.0 (Default: 1.0) [0.2 - 5.0]

/tmo weight [arg]  : Thickness of the border 1.0 (Default: 1.0) [0.5 - 3.0]

/tmo border [arg] : NPC border colors (ON Default: OFF) [on/off]

/tmo class [arg] : Class colors ON (Default: ON) [on/off]

/tmo tot [arg] : Target of Target ON (Default: ON) [on/off]

/tmo msn [arg] : Login message ON (Default: ON) [on/off]

/tmo combat [arg] : Combat mode: ON (Default: ON) [on/off/default (place the tooltip at its basic Blizzard position during combat)]

/tmo reset [arg/all]: Restore default(s) [x, y, alpha, scale, weight, border, class, tot, combat, all]
