Dragonflight/10.02 changes

- (minor) Version bump to address 'out of date addon'
- (mnor) Remove references to deprecated checkbox UI to resolve errors
- (major) Refactor into new double checkbox format where the first
  checkbox shows the state of the 'Always' profile and the second
  shows the state of the currently selected profile.  Resolving the
  the previous issue uncovered that the two-tone checkmark was
  probably an 'unintended feature', and I wasn't able to find a suitable
  replacement alternate checkbox symbol.  This layout is probably
  easier for a new user to understand anyway, with the tooltip hover
  on the new checkbox in place.
