    - Added support for user-defined spawn points via a draggable anchor and/or specifying a screen region with X and Y coordinates.
    - Helps to include it in the loading process...
    - Go ahead and include LibToast-1.0, so new stuff will Just Work (™).
    - Set the max toast duration to 30 seconds, up from 10. Why the hell not? Also set the minimum to 5 seconds, from 0 - there's a general option to simply not show toasts at all...
    - Moved configuration out to its own file.
