How to Use ToDoList
Using ToDoList is straightforward and designed to integrate seamlessly into your gameplay.
Opening the ToDoList Window
You can open and close the ToDoList window at any time using one simple command:
Type /todo in your chat window and press Enter.
Adding New Tasks
Enter Task Text: At the bottom left of the ToDoList window, you'll see an input box (initially showing "Add New Task"). Click on it and type in the description of your task (e.g., "Clear Mythic+ Tazavesh").
Select a Category: To the right of the input box, click the dropdown menu (initially "Custom"). Choose a category that best fits your task, like "Guild," "Raid," "PVP," "Event," "Weekly," or "Custom." This will color-code your task.
Add Task: Click the "Add Task" button to the right of the category dropdown. Your new task will appear in the main list above.
Managing Existing Tasks
Edit a Task: Double-click on any task in the list. The task text will turn into an editable input box. Type your changes and press Enter to save, or Esc to cancel.
Delete a Task: Right-click on any task in the list to instantly remove it. Alternatively, click the small "X" button on the far right of each task entry.
Other Useful Buttons
Located on the bottom left, stacked above the task input:
"Import Calendar Events" Button: Click this to import any calendar events from your in-game calendar for the current day. These will appear as "Event" tasks with their respective countdowns.
"Clear All Tasks" Button: This button will clear all tasks from your current character's list. A confirmation pop-up will appear to prevent accidental deletion.
Weekly Reset Information
The "Reset in:" text, located just above the "Import Calendar Events" button, shows the remaining time until the next global weekly reset. Weekly tasks are automatically cleared when the reset occurs.
Changing Language
On the bottom right of the addon frame, you'll find a language dropdown. Click this to select your preferred language for the addon's interface text. The addon will automatically update all labels and buttons.
