• feat: auto-apply Max FPS preset when entering tracked instances
  Adds an optional Quality-of-Life setting that switches CVars to the Max FPS
  preset when zoning into an instance from the existing InstanceZoneIDs list.
  The trigger fires only on PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD transitions, skips if Max FPS
  is already active (compared against several key CVars), and is off by default.
  A user-configurable dropdown chooses what happens on leaving the instance:
  do nothing, restore the previous CVars (snapshot persisted in SavedVariables
  so it survives /reload), or apply Max Graphics.
