• Bump version to 0.3.0
• Add player draw, countdown timer and gallery star toggle
  • Player draw: Shuffle / Next participant spins a reel of the players
    who have not showcased yet for everyone, then opens voting when it
    stops (PLAYERSPIN / PLAYERRESULT messages). The reel is now shared
    with the theme draw (UI/Reel.lua).
  • Shuffle Themes pulses after Start as a reminder to pick a theme
    before the first player.
  • Countdown buttons (5 min, 10 min, custom, Stop) run /pull through
    DBM or BigWigs, or the game countdown, and show an hh:mm:ss timer to
    every player (TIMER message, included in the leader sync).
  • Gallery: star button on each look to add or remove it from
    bookmarks, with a confirmation (player, theme, competition) when
    removing from the Bookmarks tab.
  • Gallery: clear buttons no longer overlap the tab arrows.
