Loot council and roll-outs in one addon. Roll items out to your raid, let raiders answer with one click, let your council vote, and hand out the loot. TLC keeps track of soft reserves, priority lists, +1s, attendance and full loot history along the way.

A loot council is a small group of officers who decide who gets each item, instead of leaving it to random rolls. TLC handles both styles, item by item:

• Roll: raiders pick a response (Main spec, Off spec, Transmog...). TLC rolls for them and the best response with the highest roll wins.
• Loot council: raiders pick a response and can add a note. The council sees each candidate's response, their currently equipped item, soft reserves, priority, +1s and recent wins, then votes. The loot master awards the item.

How a raid night works:

1. Everyone installs TLC. Raiders don't need to set anything up.
2. The loot master (the raid leader or whoever has master loot) opens a boss corpse. TLC can add the loot to the roll-out window automatically, or you can Alt-click items in your bags or the loot window.
3. Raiders get a popup with the item and buttons for each response. One click and they're done. They can also whisper a keyword like ms or os if they don't have the addon.
4. The council sees every response come in, live, in the loot window, and votes.
5. The loot master clicks Award. The winner gets the item straight from the corpse (master loot), or by trade if it was looted first. The award is announced in chat and saved in everyone's loot history.

• Alt-click an item in your bags, the loot window, or a chat link: add it to the roll-out
• Alt+Shift-click: award it
• Ctrl+Shift-click: send it to the disenchanter

Features

For raiders

• One-click responses. Buttons for each response (Main spec, Off spec, Transmog by default, up to 10 of your own), with an optional note.
• Auto pass on gear your class can't use (armor type, weapons, class-restricted items). It never passes an item you reserved or have priority on.
• Auto roll rules answer for you on items you've already decided about.
• Alerts with a sound when something you reserved or have priority on drops.
• Loot highlighting: reserved and priority items glow in the loot window.
• Whisper commands for raiders without the addon: !sr checks your soft reserves and !po checks your +1s.

For the council

• Live loot window showing each candidate's response, roll, note, currently equipped item, soft reserve, priority, +1s and votes.
• Hover a player to see their recent awards.
• Voting options: one vote or several per item, self votes, anonymous voting, hidden votes until you've voted, and observer mode so the raid can watch.
• Change your vote any time until the item is awarded.

For the loot master

• Roll out many items at once, and choose Roll or Loot council for each one.
• Auto add loot from a corpse when you open it.
• Hand out loot from the corpse with master loot, or award later and trade it. Trade timer bars show how much of the 2 hour window is left.
• Loot routing: quest items stay on the corpse. Green and blue bind on equip gear, reputation items and crafting materials each go to the first player on an ordered list who's in the raid. Everything else comes to you, ready to roll out.
• Pack mule rules, for example 19019 -> Lithid or quality:0-2 -> DE.
• Auto award low-quality items to a list of players.
• Award reasons (Disenchant, Banking, Free...) and a Disenchant button.
• Announcements for dropped loot, roll start, a countdown, and awards. Messages can be customized with keywords (&p player, &i item, &r response...), and posted in raid, raid warning, or guild chat.
• Trade announcements for gold, enchants and items.
• Block trades during boss fights, so nobody trades by accident mid-pull.

Soft reserves, priority and +1s

• Soft reserves: paste the CSV export from softres.it. TLC fixes misspelled names, shows reserves on tooltips, and lists them in announcements and roll-outs.
• Priority lists: one line per item, for example 19019: Lithid > Pepper = Yirin.
• +1s: winners of +1 responses get a plus one, and players with fewer +1s sort higher. Share them with the raid, or let raiders check with !po.

History, attendance and exports

• Full loot history, shared with everyone in the raid, and optionally the guild.
• Attendance is recorded automatically on raid nights, with standby support.
• Export to thatsmybis, a spreadsheet (CSV), or Discord.
• Sync your lists and settings to another officer.
• Version check shows who's running TLC.

Easy to read

• Everything scales: one size setting (60% to 200%) resizes every window, button, list and line of text. You can also hold Ctrl and scroll over any window, or type /tlc scale 130.
• Windows remember where you put them. They can minimize in combat, and Escape closes them.

Setting up as a loot master (5 minutes)

1. Type /tlc council and add your council members. Only the person rolling out items needs this list; it's sent with each roll-out.
2. Type /tlc rolls to check the response buttons. The defaults are Main spec, Off spec and Transmog.
3. Optional: /tlc sr to import soft reserves, and /tlc prio for priority lists.
4. In game, set the raid to Master Looter, with the loot threshold at Uncommon if you use loot routing for greens.
5. Open the first corpse. TLC takes it from there.

To try everything first, run /tlc test on your own.

Game versions

• WoW: Forever: built and tested for it.
• Classic Era / Anniversary and TBC Anniversary: these use the same loot system and should work. Please report anything that doesn't.
