LootSpec Plugin

• Left-click now cycles through available loot specs (Current Spec → Spec 1 → Spec 2 → … → back to Current).
• Middle-click now performs the /roll function (previously left-click).
• Menu label updated to "Enable Middle-Click Roll".

Performance Plugin

• Middle-click now reloads the UI.
• Added 10-second warmup delay after login/reload before FPS avg, min, and max start tracking. Prevents loading screen spikes from skewing session stats.
• Fixed middle-click not working — both Performance and LootSpec were checking button type inside OnClick instead of using the framework's OnMiddleClick callback.
