### New Plugin: Tust iLvl
- Displays current equipped item level on the Titan bar (two decimal places, e.g. 623.45).
- Tooltip shows both Equipped and Overall ilvl (includes bags and warband bank).
- Left-click opens the Character Panel.
- Right-click menu with Show Label, Show Icon toggles and custom label support.
- Icon uses Titan's native rendering for perfect centering (helm icon).
- Slash command: `/tdtilvl` to print stats, `/tdtilvl label <text>` to set custom label.

### Performance Plugin
- Removed redundant "fps" suffix from bar — now shows "FPS: 126" instead of "FPS: 126 fps".
- Removed redundant "ms" suffix from bar — now shows "MS: 109" instead of "Latency: 109 ms".
- Changed default Latency label from "Latency" to "MS".
- Adjusted bar category icon vertical alignment.
- Removed CPU section from tooltip entirely (WoW API requires scriptProfile CVar for meaningful data).

### Volume Plugin
- Changed icon to a musical note.

### Performance Plugin - Icons
- Changed Latency bar icon to a radar dish.
