Titan RestPlus (TBC Anniversary)

Titan RestPlus is a lightweight Titan Panel plugin that tracks Rest XP across all your characters.

Originally created by Yunohu, this version has been updated and maintained for TBC Classic Anniversary By Magik

Features:
- Displays Rest XP for all characters across realms
- Compact Titan Panel integration (hover for full details)
- Color-coded status (normal, level-ready, capped)
- Configurable display options (race, class, realm, etc.)
- Minimum level filter (/restplus minlevel #)
- Supports level 70 (TBC)

- Fixed Titan Panel right-click menu issues
- Fixed dropdown duplication bugs
- Fixed menu color formatting and labels
- Fixed Blood Elf and Draenei race detection
- Added command feedback for better usability
