Put the file in: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\Titan\Artwork\Cutom

Then import it in-game. Make sure to have Wow closed while moving the file into the Custom folder. Once ingame, make sure to get the spelling correct. If you get blanks, then you probably entered in the wrong path to import from.
